New Zealand Pasturfed™ “Organic” 100% Bovine Colostrum

DESCRIPTION: NZ Organic Bovine colostrum is 100% whole colostrum with fats and lipids retained which results in the golden colour of the powder. This freeze dried dairy whole colostrum powder has been carefully processed to retain a high level of concentrated natural immunoglobulins and growth factors. The Bovine Colostrum has been collected during the first 4 milkings. This product has not been skimmed. The active ingredients are in the same proportions as originally intended. The product has been pasteurised to international standards (72°C for 15 seconds).

SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS:

Colostrum Gold has specific advantages over many other forms of colostrum presently available. It is a whole colostrum and contains all the original dairy lipids and lactose present within the Mother’s colostrum. It is also highly soluble and creamy tasting. It can be used as a whole milk replacer in many recipes and thus many food applications are open to Colostrum that were not before. For instance it can be simply reconstituted and drunk as pure colostrum.

It is also suitable for tabletting, for nutritional, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products.

STORAGE AND HANDLING:

Colostrum Gold should be kept away from direct sunlight. It should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Temperatures below 20°C are recommended and an odour free environment will extend storage life. Under these conditions product is stable for 12 months.
